Remember Your Details
Please write down your event date and time. On the day of your serenade, sign into Zoom at least 5 minutes early to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also receive reminder emails from our system before your event.

Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, requests must be made at least 2 days before your scheduled event by contacting us at hello@serenades.net.

Non-Refundable Bookings
All virtual serenades are non-refundable, so please double-check your date and time when booking.
